Birthday Cake

   I made my husband an Italian Cream Cake for his 49th birthday.  It went fast.  He usually gets a coconut layer cake but I decided to make this one. 

Prayer Quilt

Don't look at the mess in my sewing room. (HA)  This is a prayer quilt for my cousin and best friend Ros's brother-in-law.  He has pancreatic cancer so I made him this prayer quilt.  Wrote scriptures on the blank blocks for people to sign for him.

Design Wall Monday

I had about 11 blocks done for my Sylvia's Bridal Sampler's Quilt done and didn't like how you could see the design of the blocks so I changed to a white background.  I think you can see them better now but the bad part is I now have to go back and redo those 11 blocks.  Yuck.  Trying to stay caught up but it seems the harder I try the farther behind I get. LOL
